The Limerick Clare Energy Agency (LCEA) completed a look back survey of 210 Home Energy Saving Scheme participants in County Clare to get some feedback on their experience of the scheme. The results were positive with 78% of respondants claiming an increase in home comfort levels and reduction in energy.
