1. Home Renovation Incentive (HRI) |
The HRI is an Income Tax credit for Homeowners & Landlords of 13.5%. The HRI Tax Credit can be claimed for the cost of repairs, renovations and improvements to your home or rental property that was carried out by qualifying Contractors. More information is available on the Revenue website. |

| 2. Energy Efficiency Incentive |
Installing or fitting roof insulation, cavity wall insulation, heating control upgrade, high efficiency gas/oil boiler and more entitles you to credit on your electricity bill. You are also eligible for any SEAI grants covering these particular works. More information is available on the Electric Ireland website. |

| 5. Gas boiler service and Climote. |
This incentive allows a customer to receive a gas goiler service for €99, as well as "Climote" heating controls. "Climote" allows you to control your heating from your phone, to help reduce your usage and therfore your bill. More information is available on the SSE Airtricity website. |
